JUDICIAL VINDICATION
We offer complex operations in the field of judicial vindication. Our legal department cooperates closely with many lawyers and bailiff firms. It allows us to have a close look at all cases around the country and collect all debts in a fast and professional way. Judicial and executive proceedings can be pursued jointly – as consecutive actions taken up in vindication process - or separately, eg. it is possible to carry out executive proceedings when the client holds a writ of execution.For judicial proceedings:
• We prepare and verify formal and legal side of documents which enable bringing judicial proceedings.
• We prepare and submit in a competent court claims in proceedings by writ of payment or writ-of-payment proceedings
• We represent the creditor in court – in standard and appeal proceedings
• We supervise the progress of legal proceedings
For execution proceedings:
• We draw up a motion for initiating executive proceedings and submit it to the competent bailiff firm
• We act as an attorney-at-law & support all bailiff’s operations in order to collect the entire amount of the debt (main amount, interests, court fees, legal expenses)
• We determine the debtor’s assets, which enables the bailiff to perform an effective execution
• We supervise the progress of executive proceedings
